Yoga Teachers Courses
The yoga teachers course is for those who would like to teach
safe, gentle and effective yoga exercises to others. It starts
with a
basic level course that does not require any previous experience of
yoga and further courses are built on this.
Philosophy of the Course
Yoga is a health practice for the
all round wellbeing of a person. It is a wonderful service to
teach yoga to others to inspire them to include yoga as a daily
practice for good health, as stress relief and as emotional
balance.

Schedule
The schedule is worked out with the interested. The course can be during the week days and
on weekends.
