Bliss Centre offers authentic teaching in yoga, meditation, vegetarianism, health and practical yoga philosophy for personal development. We practice and teach Rajadhiraj yoga according to the teachings of Shrii Shrii Anandamurti.

Yoga is a way of life - an experiential process of a healthy and meaningful life covering virtually every aspects of personal development. Its techniques are tested from ancient time as well by science of today; they are harmonized to meet our psychological needs and inspire to aim at perfect fulfilment in life.

It has an optimal selection of those yoga techniques and practices that are proven to be practical in every day life and profoundly effective for all-round physical health, mental ease and the total experience of inner peace and happiness – what we call “self-realization.”

The practices of Yoga not only inspire mastery of one’s personal development but they also unleash vitality, a deep sense of care and responsibility and enthusiasm for dynamic social engagement for the benefit of the community.
